Tab Trade - What Traders Should Know

Tab Trade — What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.

That last detail is relevant. It suggests the leadership has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. It is better than a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

The instrument list: forex, indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, crypto, ETFs. 1,000+. For something this new, the breadth is not narrow.

Platforms

You get: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from the same login. Many only give you one or the other. Getting both matters. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is the default. Complete charts, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have traded on a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Faster charting. cBot support. Many people like it better than MT5 once they try it.

FIX API is there for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is reportedly coming. That will make the platform set when it lands.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Good for beginners.

Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. So your real cost sometimes sits under half a pip. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade does not.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not something typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you trade institutionally.

Infrastructure

This is where Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers quote hundreds of milliseconds.

Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Pair that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering holds up. Hardly anyone in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.

The FSRA Question

This is the part you need to be straight about. Tab Trade is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No ASIC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.

But. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is expensive. Scam brokers do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. This does not guarantee anything. But inform how you think about it.

What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: high leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether that is worth it is your call.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical sign-up bonus. You deposit, they top up your balance. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before funding.
